BIG 0 RATING: MYCAR WAS VANDILIZED ON NFEBRUARY 25, 2008 . i IMMEDIATELY REPRTED THE INCIDENT TO THE CHICAGO POLICE DEPARTMENT AND TO APOLLO CASUALTY COMPANY.. EVERYTHING WENT WELL FILING THE CLAIM THAN THE TROUBLE STARTED: EVERYTIME I CALLED TO F/U ON MY CLAIM I WOULD GET A DIFRENT PERSON EVERYTIME, I SENT EVERY DOCUMENT THEY REQUESTED TO THEM TWICE BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS KEPT CLAIMING THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT. I SPOKE TO A ROSA BRAVO THERE AND THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD NOT EVEN WORK THERE, SHE IS THE RUDEST AND A LIAR, I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.... SHE EVEN CALLED MY AUTO SHO AND SAID TO GO AHED AND FIX IT, JUST TO KNOW IT WAS ALL A LIE.. THE REASON I KNOW IS BECAUSE I CALLED BACK BECAUSE I WAS WAITING FOR THE CHECK SHE SUPPOSLY SENT IN THE MAIL AND NEVER RECEIVED, AND SHE SAID NO ONE EVER APPROVED IT AND I CONFRONTED HER...
