Review content:
This is THE WORST credit card we have ever had. We ordered the Hilton Honors Citi card for the free points, and we were ripped-off and disappointed month after month. The main scam: Citi records payments late so they could bill you for a late charge AND interest. We have proof: Payment was debited from our bank account on one day and did not appear as a credit on the Citi statement until DAYS LATER. Plus, their monthlys statements arrive late which helps CAUSE late payments. And the statements themselves are unintelligible. We have paid for those ""free"" points over and over again. We will NEVER use Citi for ANY reason, and we also are deeply disappointed in Hilton Honors for partnering with Citi to create this rip-off program. Don't ever go close to Citi. To add insult to injury, we bought Citi stock 3 years ago and it has lost 100% of its value. Maybe someone will buy this turd of a bank and the stock will rise. WTF!
