My husband and I stayed at Lincoln City over the weekend and made plans to have a romantic dinner at the Blackfish Cafe. I checked the website ahead of time to get their hours which said that they closed at 10pm on Saturdays. So totally smashing in heels and a vintage-style dress, we headed out to what we expected to be some fabulous seafood. We arrived at 9:30pm and they were closed! By the time we found some other places to eat, they were closed as well. We ended up going to Safeway and bought shrimp cocktails, salad, bread and strawberries. So I guess we saved a lot of money and ended up with some great food. But not at Blackfish Cafe- I guess they are too fancy to update their website or bother to stay open.
