If you perfer a franchise, or corp. dining than this may not be the place for you. Boss Hogs Smokehouse is Owned and Run by Henry Bailey. He serves several business's whom place orders for luch as well as dinner at times. Locals love his unique blend of BBQ sauce. It's a vingar base and while the right amount makes you mouth pop with a tangy and tart sensation, a reserved amount gives just the right flavor for the more sensative tastebuds.
