I have used Urban Tails for four years and started when my chocolate lab, Maddie, was 8 weeks old! The team is always responsive, attentive to Maddie's needs, and extremely responsible. The company is extremely well run and the transition from one dog walker to another is thorough and seamless. I have recommended them to friends who are also very happy with the service. They have worked with me during Maddie's obedience training to make sure they reinforced the lessons during her walks. I get a daily report of what happened on the walks and if there have been any concerns during the day, they have called immediately. I feel so fortunate to have found Urban Tails and Maddie and I could not be happier!!
