Review content:
Donna ferri lied about everything to get me to sign the lease and then nothing was done. The maintenance department half*ssed thier work whenever they showed up. I complained to get them to ""properly fix? the A/C, and the dishwasher. What I got in return is being yelled at by maintenance and I was threatened to shut-up. They created a climate of fear to step on me and other tenants. My stay at Rivergate was full of chest pains and headaches. Now I am suing the owner DONAL ZUCKER for my deposit.
Cons: Rivergate management (manhattan Skyline) will do anything ro rob the tenant.
