I am relatively new to Vegas and have had every pet owner's problem of finding that perfect veterinarian. I have two pit bulls, both sweet but sometimes need a little patience. I have been going to Tropicana Animal Hospital for abour 8 months and have made a few visits in that short amount of time. I first saw Dr. Fontes who was excellent and took time to discuss and answer the many questions I had about my dogs. Just recently my pitbull Shadow came down with a horrible skin infection, itching and scratchign and driving me nuts. I saw Dr. Bone and he took so much time to talk to me about causes of the skin problem and recommended not only what was needed to help my baby in the short term but we also talked about diets and what to do to prevent this problem in the future. Both Dr Bone and Fontes are amazing!!!! I tell all my friends to go there. THe front desk staff seems a little stressed but I can imagine why after handling people like me all day :)
Pros: LOVE THE DOCS!
