A great hotel with superb customer service, I use this hotel every time I am on business here. The Manager, Mark Latu, is always available to answer questions, will even bring you extra towels if his staff is busy. Staff is always professional and eager to help in any way. Great credit to you Mark and your staff on a excellent job. I travel frequently and stay in many hotels over the course of a year but I always look forward to coming to Raleigh and staying at this hotel. Pros: Excellent Staff, Great breakfast, comfortable room
