Ok... I meet most of the crew at the mohegan sun bridal show..... (My sister got into a fight with the salon I had already booked and since she is my matron of honor I had to find a new salon)..I told them I needed a new salon for my bridal party and they showed me there prices and told us that the trial was included....That day I called and cancled with t5he salon I had already booked....So I am a pasty white bride.... went there for my make up trail and hair trial...... hair trial was great..... the makeup not so good..... they didnt have my shade of fondation..... also had only 4 matte eyeshadows...... both cost me $90........ and the makeup melted off and was blotchy only 15 min. after I left, from the start it was also orange as they did not have any ivorys for foundations, they also didnt have any shade of coral lipstick or gloss...... I called after and told them that I was told that we were told that the trial was included for the $70 updue and the $35 makeup.... (it was not just me that heard this, my soon to be mother inlaw my mother and my bridesmaid all heard them say at the show that the trial was included.......) I also told them that they didnt have my shade of foundation and that I was worried that when I came back on the day of my wedding that the one she said she would get for me would also be the wrong shade.... I also told them that the make up was not good for bridal day wear because it was not long lasting..... The lady told me to not worry and the owner would call me back the next day...... He called me the next day and told me ""So I heard that you didnt like the hair or makeup"" I said no I liked the hair... ""I talked to both girls and they said that you didnt like anything and that you had cold feet and wanted to call of the wedding"" I did say I had cold feet I never said that I wanted to call off the wedding....... then he tells me that he has already booked the day of my wedding because i didnt pay a deposit..... I was never asked for one....... I now have 2 1/2 weeks to find a salon and am out $90...... I also have sensitive skin and had a very bad reaction to all the makeup.... I was nice to them when I called and there was absolutly no reason to be mean to me and lie...... I just wanted them to know what had happend and they couldnt take the feed back ....... I do suggest this salon for hair.... I had the nicest girl ever!!!!
