This was the worst experience I had ever recieved. There so called salepeople are very rude, disrespectful and ignorant. These people should not be in business. I bought a queen-size pillow-top mattress from them for about $500.00 back in february of 2008. It saggs in the middle. The side is busted after just a couple of months. They play games and are rude on the phone instead of being helpful. I was told to talk to howard but he is never no where to be found and for a whole year I had been getting the run around. I ended up coming up to the store personally and was yelled at and called names by a tall caucasion ball-headed male that look like skum and got the nerve to be swearing and yelling at me to leave before he was to call the police and I hadn't done anything wrong him. I am in the middle of reporting the issue with the city.
Cons: Disrespectful Attitudes.
