THEIR SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE! THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS OR RESPOND TO EMAIL! I HAVE SEND THREE EMAILS AND LEFT EIGHT MESSAGES OVER THE LAST SIX WEEKS. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD. SHAME ON THE WELK RESORTS FOR USING SEAGULL VACATIONS TO REPRESENT THEM AT PADRE GAME. WE ARE SUPPOSED TO GO TO SAN FRANCISCO IN LESS THAN A WEEK AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ITINERARY. I CALLED YESTERDAY AND WAS ON HOLD FOR ONE HOUR AND WAS PROMISED BY SOMEONE NAMED SYLVIA THAT I WOULD GET AN EMAIL BY 5:15 PM, I NEVER DID--ANOTHER LIE. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET AN EMAIL BY 10:30 TODAY, AND AGAIN NOTHING. I CALLED AGAIN AND NOW THEY TELL ME THAT SHE'S WITH HER SUPERVISOR AND CAN'T TALK TO ME, ANOTHER LIE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THE WELK OR SEAGULL VACATIONS, INC. I GUESS WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE OUR LOSS AND BOOK OUR OWN TRIP TO SAN FRANCISCO, GOD KNOWS SEAGULL VACATIONS, INC. WILL NEVER DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! (BA10, 10/13/2009)
