I recently purchased some foreclosed properties in Tucson. The manager at Rathbun asked me to write a review on my experience. It has been a pleasure to work with such a professional company, not only did they get me bids for the fix up of these homes, they arranged all of the work to be done. The work was all done by licensed contractors and Rathbun negotiated excellent prices for me. One of the homes has already rented, and I will start seeing a return on my investment much faster than I expected. They are right on top of things and I look forward to a long and profitable relationship with this company.
