I am a homeowner and I have been completely dissatisfied with Rathbun as a management company. They are consistently late sending us the rent, they make errors such as charging us twice for repairs, and when they do make an error you can count on having to call them multiple times before it is corrected. We had a complaint about our rental property from a neighbor, and it took us a month of phone calls to Rathbun before they did anything about it. They seem not to care in the least about the quality of their service. I would not recomment them to anyone, homeowner or renter. Terrible, inefficent, horribly unresponsive company.
