Just moved back to town and needed a new snowboard travel bag for a trip out west in a couple of months. The shop is stocked with plenty of merchandise from various brands. Had done my research online and wanted to support the local guys. I went into the store on a Sunday afternoon. There were plenty of employees and only one set of customers being fit for boots. They appeared to be getting some service. I got to the back of the shop where the snowboard hard goods are and was looking for the bag I wanted. There were a couple of employees behind the counter and what would appear to be his friends in front of the counter goofing off. All I was waiting on was someone to ask me if I needed help and I was going to make my purchase. No one ever did.
