Terrible customer service. As the first comment said, the young man at the front desk was rude and when he talks to you he intentionally looks at something else like he could care less about you and your glasses, your really annoying him by making him do his work and the overall environment and atmosphere is the same way! I can't believe that we are here excited to make purchasing glasses fun and the workers are creating a miserable experience overall for anyone who steps foot in the door. I watched and studied it. It was the same for everyone. I couldn't wait to get out of the place and I truly think everyone felt the same. The only reason they could possibly be happy is because they like there glasses. This should be a fun experience for people.
