My wife took her new car into the place because she wanted a way to plug in her Ipod. The salesmen sold her a nice Ipod Dock, and she seemed happy. She took it in to get it installed, had the work done, and came home. (Important Note: We did not receive an owners manual for our 2007 Yaris, and we had the car for 2 days at this point). I begin really checking out the car, and I find that it actually DOES have an aux input for Ipods, and it's just hidden VERY well on the passenger side. I went into the business and asked them why, if they are indeed experts in stereo's, they did not inform my wife that there was ALREADY a way to listen to her Ipod, and the man said ""Yes, but she really wanted the dock!"". I then instructed them to uninstall the dock and return my money, and they did, BUT he would not give me a full refund. He Charged me a 25% restocking fee for the merchandise, and would not refund the installation charges. All said and done, the manager ended up taking $75 of my money.
