Review content:
I went there for dinner last week. The resturant seemed to be clean and decorated nicely. The purpose of my night was to preview the resturant for a potential location for our company Christmas party. I decided to eat in the lounge. I didnt wait long to be seated however once I was seated I was informed by my server that not only was she the owners wife but that she was too busy to wait on me and that I would need to wait. I was feeling irritated just sitting there waiting and waiting and decided to get myself a drink from the bartender. I did eventually eat dinner and the food was good. My drink also was good in price and size. I think that my over all expirence was ruined by the poor customer service from the server. It wasnt just that I had to wait but the attitude she had was awful. Many people have told me to eat there and I never have. I am glad that I did before taking my entire company there for Christmas. When you go to a high end steak house you expect high end service with a smile. That I did not recieve from my server. The bartender however was prompt and very friendly. The other reviews may be right maybe they need to hire more mature employees and learn to keep there family away from the customers.
