Part 1... This used to be a good restaurant, but we're simply finished eating here. Forget about them not taking reservations for a specific time - they won't even allow you to put your name on the list over the phone, which is an absolutely stupid policy... What's the point in waiting in a crowded lobby for 45 minutes to an hour when you could simply call up over the phone while you were on the road and put your name on this list, so that by the time you got there, you wouldn't have to wait as long? And if you didn't show up for some reason, they could just simply cross your name off the list and go to the next one. The restaurant wouldn't lose a dime. Pros: What Pros? Cons: Service, Food, Environment
