I've been a regular customer of Thien Hong. I would have to say that it might be the best chinese restaurant in PDX. Of course, there are better chinese restaurant in LA, Seattle, Vancouver BC, etc.
I do have to say that its salt and peppered squid is amazing. You should not go there without trying it.
The price and the ambience is typical to most chinese restaurant -- not much service and loud. Without that, I just would not feel like I'm eating in a chinese restaurant. :)
