Review content:
I'm in property management myself and called the office to receive residency verification on a former tenant of theirs. I have never professionally dealy with such horrible customer service and would not reccomend this company to anyone. Use caution! I could not get verification with a signed copy of a release form and they told me they did not have time. If they treat other professionals in their industry so poorly how do you think they will treat you once you move in and they're no longer trying to earn you business. Companies who provide great customer service offer it to everyone who calls their office. Period.
