Edel Family Management has its properties in the Washington Heights area. I am living in my apartment in 812 W 181st street for 5 years now and I am pretty happy with the landlord. They repaired my toilet in a matter of 1 day. I left the superintendent my keys, he is very trustworthy! The only thing im not too satisfied with is that i had trouble opening my windows the superintendant couldnt fix it it took them about two weeks to hire outside help to get it going. Other than that ive really enjoy my apartment i love living here its been a great experiance i had already reccomended Edel Family to my cousin and would recommend them to anyone interested in the Washington Heights neighborhood!
