In cahoots with notoriously predatory towing company - allows company to tow RESIDENTS in the dead of night if guy in tow trucks thinks they're ""over the white line."" Parking spots are so narrow, EVERYONE is over the white line. San Marin is far more concerned with not angering the tow company than they are with protecting their residents from predatory charges.
