I was in a car wreck about a year ago and have constant pain. I shopped all around for a spa and it felt much different at this store. There was zero pressure. I went there on three occasions before I purchased and never did I feel any pressure. It came with everything. there were no add on costs or extras they wanted to sell me. When I asked what it came with it included from the start what every other store I went to they told me they could probably throw this in if I bought right away or if you want to add this it would cost more even though you really had to have it. I have a neighbor that bought theirs from them and they love it. I took the Plunge and Couldn't be Happier. Thanks Sunplay
