I have to say, I was an ex-customer for a while due to a horrible situation last year trying to get $25,000 worth of merchandise delivered. In the end, I got a refund and shopped elsewhere. A girlfriend of mine talked me into coming in last week, she said they had gotten some new merchandise and she wanted me to see a particular sofa she was in love with. Reluctantly, I went, fully expecting the same rude employees, and useless office people. I was pleasantly surprised-everyone was very nice, the store looks better than it ever has(kudos to their decorator) and it is finally a pleasant place to shop. Almost everything we asked about was in stock at their new warehouse-apparently they are warehousing in 4 times the space they had before-I actually wound up buying a vanity and some artwork, all of which was delivered 3 days later, on time, with no problems. My friend bought the sofa too, and she got hers the same day as me. We also checked out their other store on the first floor of their warehouse in New Orleans-VERY NICE-it's supposed to be a clearance center, but if you weren't looking at the price tags, you would think you were in a regular furniture store. They did a nice job here.
Pros: New styles, fast delivery, friendly people, wide variety of merchandise
Cons: Not a whole lot of parking at the Metairie location
