Went here for dinner after not being able to get a table at another (much better) restaurant on a Friday evening. When we showed up (shortly before 6PM), there were about 10 people in the place (which should have tipped us off). We were promptly seated, but then had to wait over 30 minutes until a waitress made her first stop to ask us for drink orders! By then, our two year old daughter had been screaming from hunger for nearly 10 minutes (how could they have missed this?)
To their credit, the rest of the meal came quickly (heck, there were maybe 25 people in the place by this time). Unfortunately, it was pretty disgusting. Overly fried, greasy, and unflavorful.
We won't be back to this Applebee's anytime soon. There are plenty of places around the nearby Chesterfield Mall in the same price range that are MUCH better.
Pros: fast seating
Cons: food quality, service
