Review content:
While we all had a good time at our son's birthday party, I have to say it was disturbing to see that we were overcharged and that the owner was very reluctant to refund the overage. I had to contact the franchise corporate headquarters and get them to intervene twice to get my overcharge back. I did hear that the place has just changed ownership so maybe the new owners will be better about that.
Pros: Great fun for kids of varying ages
Cons: Credit card receipt may not match detailed receipt
