Friendliest staff I've ever seen at a gym. Everyone is so welcoming. Been to many gyms around the world and all the so-called gyms on South Beach. This place gives me the best work-out of my life. The classes are intense and exactly what I need. What I like best is that everyone makes me feel comfortable. Thanks guys for making my 1 hour workout the best 1 hour of my day...all fun yet very intense.
