WOULD A REPUTABLE BUSINESS REFUSE TO GIVE PAYING CUSTOMERS THE OWNER'S CONTACT INFO WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE. NEW HORIZONS in Orlando refused.-- Me and my fiance visited New Horizons in Orlando. The recruiter said that the student loan was going to be deferred for 2 years. The false ad is running in the Employment Guide stating tuition is deferred up to 24 mos. But in reality, they do not offer that plan. The recruiter pitched us the 2 year deferred plan but signed my fiance up with the one year deferred plan without our knowledge. I am my fiance's co-signer. I feel that they tries to make their offer look more desirable and attractive by running a false ad. When we complained about being mislead, they just brushed us off. They do not handle complaints like they are concern. I feel that they treated us like once they got the tuition money, we did not matter any more. Before my fiance register for classes, he asked the recruiter will he be taught Win 98, ME and 2000. The recruiter told him yes. But he graduated from the program and was not taught the programs. They did not offer it during the day time but was not informed. If you plan to register with this school, I suggest that you be very care. Pros: Nice instructors Cons: unprofessional staffs and misleading recruiter
