I was involved in a rental contract that dissolved with Alan of the Ginsberg group. I contacted him multiple times to smooth the situation. He verbally agreed multiple times to split the check and send it to the two separate renters. The next week he sent the check to a single renter. I called him to see if there was a mistake, his response: CONTACT MY ATTORNEY. Thanks for letting me thing I can trust you when you say it. Bottom line, if you are forced to deal with the Ginsberg Group, get everything in writing, multiple times!
