Gentlemen: I recently purchased a Maytag refrigerator and I am thoroughly disgusted with this product. Service technicians visited my home three times, but the problem still exists. There is till ice forming on the tower in the freezer and there is an odor coming from the bottom that resembles a urinal. Is this normal? I hope this isn't unhealthy. Mayytag just became the busiest repairman in town. Curt visited my home two times, he was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He was in contact with Maytag to get parts to fix the problem, but the problem still remains. I don't know what to do anymore. I think I purchased a lemon. Was this product made in China?
