Review content:
Often rude- don't seem to care to keep customers. Went day before wedding with bridal party. Took us late even though not busy and appointment had been confirmed IN PERSON on 3 separate occassions. Made us late to rehearsal and didn't care or apologize. Knew we were there for wedding and did not even treat bride nicely or smile...in fact, quite rude to all of us. Tried to overbill because they did not use calculator correctly repeatedly. Wasted an extra hour yelling at us in a different language when we tried to resolve the overbilling and ultimately made bride cry. No one in our group will EVER go back again. Since telling others about the experience, found many others had a negative experience as well. Definitely don't need that when you are paying to be pampered, especially for a happy occassion like a wedding when there is already enough stress!
Cons: Poor customer service, Often Rude!!!
