Businiess name:  P V Palace Seafood Restaurant

Review content:
This restaurant which is now renamed as PV Seafood restaurant still has the good cantonese fare that it did under its former name ""Regal Seafood"". The service was decent although they did forget that we ordered a dish but was brought promptly once they were reminded. We went at dinner time (around 7:00PM on Saturday) but there was ample seating and service was prompt. My family who know Chinese cuisine quite well unanimously thought that the dishes were prepared well. An additional bonus was that this restaurant prepared Cantonese dishes as well as those from other regions. We have not tried the dim sum yet but are looking forward to going back. The litmus test will be to try their har-gows. Pros: Decent Cantonese cuisine, ample seating, reasonable prices. Cons: Service can be spotty when busy. Need to stay on top of staff.
