Review content:
Brown Brothers repaired our roof a few years ago, while working through a general contractor. They did a terrible job. The roof has given us repeated problems ever since.
To make matters worse, Brown Brothers is dragging us into small claims court. Talk about adding insult to injury. Never mind that we paid the contractor we used in full, and that we never even knew Brown Brothers was involved or even existed until we got the notice from the court.
To make matters worse, customer service is awful. I had to call countless times to get through to the managers and owner of the business. Every time I talked to anyone, they would tell me to call back or take a message that never led to a returned phone call. They consistently failed to follow through with what they said they would do.
Totally unprofessional. DO NOT USE.
