STAY AWAY - LIARS, CHEATERS, INCOMPETENT. I took my bike in because it was losing power at high speeds. I told the mechanic that I had recently changed the plugs and oil and to check to see if that could be the problem. Two days later the mechanic calls me and tells me the back brakes are locking up and that is what is causing the problem. I ok the fix. The next day the mechanic calls back and says he fixed the brakes but the problems still remains and that i need a new engine for my bike. I ask the mechanic about the plugs and he says that it cant be the plug, that it is the engine. I picked up the bike and payed for the brakes. I took the bike to a real mechanic and he changed the plugs and now the bike works great. What really makes me made is i just recently got new brakes for my bike a few weeks ago and guess who did the work national cycle. So I suggest stay away from national cycle . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I payed for brake work twice that did not need done, and was told that I need major expensive work done when all it was only 4 dollar plugs. STAY AWAY FROM NATIONAL CYCLE.
