If you want the empty box, rent here. If you want service, stay away. I lived at this complex in two different units over 2 years. The poor service comes directly from the community director. He is not a manager in any sense of the word. No attention to work requests, no ability to communicate well regarding questions or circumstances. I like to call him ""Dr. No"" because that is the only response he has. As a matter of fact, the maintenance department DISMANTLED our compressor (which gives heat to the apartment) around Thanksgiving. It is still not fixed, but, my rent check was cashed! And when pressed about refunding the rental amount for December, Dr. No, true to fashion, denied the request. He also refused to pass the problem up to his superiors. It's now a legal issue. Nice, right? Don't live there if you plan on needing something.....oh, like heat!
Pros: Neighbors are very nice...most are long term
Cons: Property management company does not respond, in fact is in breach of the laws of PA regarding implied warranty of habitability (look it up)
