Review content:
Very lazy, very shady. Take longer then quoted. Sell used parts as new. Over charge customers, and under pay employees. Non- professional. Techs not very knowledgeable of phone systems, or fiber optics. At times they can be down right dangerous. Probably, due to all of the dope smoking, not only by some techs, but also management. Again, they should be considered VERY DANGEROUS!!!! at times. It would be a good idea to keep looking for a company that drug-screens their employees, and management. Nobody wants an insurance liability as this one. Keep looking. There are much safer, and more professional telecom companies out there.
Pros: Can appear to be professional.
Cons: But unfortunately, that is not the case.
