THE EDGE OF HELL IS NOT A FAMILY ENVIROMENT TO TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO. My wife and I took our 9 yr. old to the haunted house last night thur. the 29th. Two different edge of hell employees used vulgar language , and hurled the f-bomb PROFANITY RIGHT IN OUR CHILD'S PRESENCE! We are so offended by this that we want to share our experience with other parents to warn them of the lowlife vulgar dirty losers, who work at this business. When we complained to a ""manager"", whom another emp. referred to as ""sniffles"", this man would not offer a requested refund, and instead proffered an insincere weak, lame attempt at an apology, oh and the promise to go right to the two employees, and reprimand them, if he could identify the two we described to him.The ""manager"" appeared to be drinking, my wife said she smelled alcohol on the man's breath. You expect to run into drunks, and mouthy people in the general public, but not in a business that you are patronizing, we paid to have these unprofessional miscreants hurl obscentities at our child? Please take the high road, and find a more family suitable outing for your childrens sake,than the gutter lowlifes at this business.
