Review content:
I know it's hard to avoid going to Fry's, what with their enormous selection and low prices, but come on! They have absolutely NO respect for their customers and someone needs to take a stand. Example: I bought a $150 warranty for my laptop that I bought at Fry's. When the AC adaptor broke i took it to the Fry's service department. They insisted that the laptop had to be sent away to their service center for three months for repairs, even though it was clearly just the AC adaptor that was broken. I even showed them how when you used a different AC adaptor it worked fine. Despite this irrefutable evidence, they insisted the laptop had to be sent off. After two hours of arguing I relented.
Pros: Get treated like a number! Talk to brick walls! Feel smarter!
Cons: Like negotiating a Kafkaesque beauracracy
