Businiess name:  P F Chang's China Bistro
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
PF Chang's seems an elegant trendy Chinese restaurant - this is about the furtherest from the truth. The food is bland, boring and overpriced. We started with spare ribs that tasted like they had standard BBQ sauce on them. For $6.25 I'd expect a healthy portion of 10 ribs, but they brought us 6 small ribs! The mongolian beef - was thin and dry. The honey shrimp was passable but unauthentic. Tempted to order the Steamed fish, I asked the waiter if it came with the head on as the head brings extra flavor and the sweetest meat is in the cheeks right under the eye. Not only do they not do this he looked at me as if I had two heads for wanting the head! If you live by a big city that has a decent independent Chinese restaurant, don't bother they're the Olive Garden of Chinese restaurants. Pros: Atmosphere Cons: Overpriced, Bland food, Boring food
