I have used John Hlad now for about 20 years, first for my coop and now for the last 7 years, my brownstone. He and his son and his workers are the salt of the earth, kind and very capable. He helped me with radiators which had incorrectly sized valves, serviced my boiler, came to the rescue when I had a crack in the waste line, installed a new water heater etc. etc. He is the plumber I call and I trust him implicitly. He is also fairly priced. He is excellent.
