Review content:
It's been four months now and we're still trying to get something - anything - decent from Strictly Video. ""Paulie,"" the boss, never seems to be accessible, as Theresa seems to handle all calls- if she even picks up the phone. Now, I've been to their offices and it does not seem that they're work volume is so great that they cannot answer their phones. Service is very friendly, but they became aloof after we made our final payment: our raw video (we did not want any edits) is fine, but the sound is awful. They promise to ""jack into"" the DJ sound system to have clearer sound, yet the music and speeches at the reception are ""ear quality"" - what any guest would've heard, not the ""jacked in"" quality they promised. They have given us two ""final"" copies of our wedding video in the past few months, claiming the problem is fixed, but it's still there: we can't hear much, on any playback system, with the volume cranked up all the way. (At first, we thought it might be the DVD player, but it wasn't.) Go to them at your own risk: lots of friendly smiles up front, not too responsive afterwards...
