Pino initially helped me grow my hair out. The first few cuts I received from him were good. However, I asked him to help me fix another bad cut I received from a different stylist, but instead of telling me to wait with a cut, he just took my $110 and made my hair worse. I cannot wear it down anymore and it is so layered that I need to either get extensions or chop it all. He should have just told me to wait. It is not right to treat long term clients like this. I came back a few days later to complain, and the least he could have done is returned the money. I am not going back, ever. Now I just need to find somebody who will help me fix my mullet when it grows out. I am mortified with my new look. MIght have had something to do with the fact that I turned him down when he asked to take me out. How about some class??? I don't go out with bisexuals period.
Pros: get ripped off with a fake smile
Cons: at the end you got ripped off anyway
