Businiess name:  Ameci Pizza & Pasta

Review content:
This restaurant is horrendous and so is the owner! The owner himself made my childs pizza and burned it! On top of that it was not the right pizza and the owner has not conflict management skills, does not teach his employees any, and does not care about his clients. Stated would give me $5 off my next pizza for the inconvenience and never took my info down to give me the discount. Imagine, a little 3 year old girl who can't eat her cheese pizza (they sent pepperoni) because it came burned and with a topping she will not eat. What would you do in this situation? On top of everything, I stated I would email corporate (which I did) and the answer replied, "go ahead, they will not do anything anyways because we are privately owned" regardless if they are a franchise using the good Ameci name. Makes me wonder why there is only one Ameci left in Simi Valley, CA. This person is not empathetic even to a child who will not have their pizza tonight. Please in solidarity, do not go to this restaurant! Go to Toppers, or Chi Chi's, better quality, better service, cares about their customers!
