Looking for a quick pick me up or a treat? Not at this coffee house! Go elsewhere,.....perhaps around the corner to Tully's or down the stairs to Starbucks. This store has to have one of THE worst customer services out there. I decided to try Seattle's Best just because I usually go to Tully's and Starbuck's. Well, that was a mistake. Not only were the workers casually talking to each other and jiving with some friends that happened to stop in, but one of their cashiers went so far as to look BEHIND me to his ""friend"" Belinda (?) that stopped in. He waited on her, although I was next in line (and really the only ONE in line). He was unprofessional, rude, and spent more time jiving w/ her, he frankly didn't care when I walked away. Their coffee isn't touted as one of the best, so you may as well spend your $$ at a place that appreciates paying customers! If there is another Seattle's Best coffee house somewhere, I hope it's service is kinder and more considerate.
