Review content:
A miserable experience from the first appointment. They have made one of the most enjoyable parts of the wedding experience just terrible. Every bridesmaid was measured incorrectly and each had well over $100 worth of alterations after the dress came in. Not one single phone call has ever been returned by any of the ""consultants"". Fabric samples have been ordered twice but still have never come in after dresses were purchased. The ""consultants"" are unprofessional, unfriendly, and very difficult to deal with. Save yourself the headache and time...I wish my bridesmaids and I had this advice before hand. The website says ""A Richmond Tradition"" which is just insulting to Richmonders. We know taste, style and service and this is NOT it. Beware.
Pros: not one thing comes to mind
Cons: service, consultants, atmosphere, attitude, everything...
