I have been plainning my wedding for 2 years and have been a customer of Tiffany's for the past year and a half. I not only purcheased my wedding gown, but also my bridesmaid dresses and accessories (needless to say I have spent quite a bit of money at Tiffany's). My initial experience was OK, but once I committed to the dresses it has all been a downhill spiral. If you like clarity and organization this is most certainity NOT the right place to go. I have never met with the same consultant twice and have had absolutely terrible sevice on more than one occassion. Store hours and alteration availablity times are atrocious, never convenient to a ""working girls's"" schedule, and NO they aren't willing to work with you. Neighboring bridal shops are definately the better choice, but don't take my word for it (just make one appointment and you will understand). Not all associates are incompetant, but there is one whom could ruin your entire experience in 5 minutes. Best Wishes!
