Several months ago, I decided to rent out my condo in SF and went with Azari Property Management, and it has really been one of the best decisions I've made! I worked with Inna and Yong and they worked constantly to find me the perfect tenant at my desired price -- not my rock bottom price! They showed my place on evenings and weekends and within 1 month, they found me the perfect tenant! I could not be more pleased! Now I've been with them a few months and here are some more things I'm very happy about -- the rent being auto-deposited into my account exactly on time so I don't have to do anything. I'm also especially impressed by Brandon the maintenance manager who has interfaced with my HOA and been very expeditious in responding to my tenants needs and also working with me. I truly have nothing negative to report, and so far this has been the ideal situation for me and my condo. I feel very secure that they are managing my property and would be happy to give more information or data.
