I have a beautiful almost 3500 sq.ft. house that my husband and his crew built together. We invested a lot of money and tried to sell it. Because of the soft real estate market the house stayed on the market. I called Manzar and explained to her my situation being concerned and worried about losing money on this property. She came over and she gave me so much confidence, found a solution to my problem and offered an alternative way. She turned the property to a rental and had it on the market for the amount more than my mortgage payment was. It took Azari LESS than 1 month to rent out my gorgeous house. I was amazed by their constant availability, how hard they work, how attentive their staff is. I ended up making more money than I expected! They also manage my home and I am very happy with my tenants who were placed by Azari team.
