I would certainly not recommend using this company. I dropped by computer off for repairs (reformatting hard drive) as well as backing up ""ALL"" my data that would then be transferred back to the hard drive.
Only problem was they didn't back up any of the files in the program folder, which is where most of my data was saved! They were not able to retrieve any of that information. They did refund my money, but that is little consolation because of all the data that was lost.
Think twice before using this company!!
