I recently went into Howards when looking for a new wedding set. They have a really nice selection of diamonds, and mountings, in a variety of price ranges. There pricing is very competitive. I didn't purchase from them, (only because they don't take trade in's unless you bought the ring from them) but trust me they are one of the best when it comes to the pricing. It was hard to find a place to even come close.
Pros: Huge selection, knowledgeable salespeople, very competitive prices.
